Allyson Felix

Allyson Nicole Felix was born on the 18th of November the 18th of November, 1985, in Los Angeles. Paul Felix, the father of Allyson Michelle Felix is a minister ordained at Master's Seminary Sun Valley. Marlean Felix works as a primary school teacher in Balboa Magnet. Felix displayed an early talent to play sports while studying at Los Angeles Baptist High School. Felix discovered her athletic ability at the time. Felix finished second in the U.S. Indoor Track and Field Championships in only 10 weeks, after her very first tryout. Felix was a high school graduate when she graduated from school in 2003, signed an agreement with Adidas. After that, she went to at the University of Southern California and completed her studies in elementary education. Felix was awarded her first Olympic prize at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens Greece. Felix ran 200m in 22.18s and set an all-time junior world record. She was the world's youngest champion in 200 meters at the Helsinki World Championships. She won the title again in 2007, beating her long-time Jamaican opponent Veronica Campbell. Felix participated in Beijing London Rio de Janeiro Tokyo and was consistently within the top three athletes in each of her events.
